If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the platform and request deletion of your account.

Services Description

BlazingBulls Intelligence provides:

Order Book Analysis: Real-time bid/ask data and pressure analysis
Market Signals: Buy/Sell/Neutral indicators based on order book data
Trading Tips: Educational information about market conditions
Stock Market Dashboard: NSE/BSE market intelligence
Crypto Market Dashboard: Cryptocurrency market intelligence

🚫 These services are NOT financial advice. Any trading decision you make is your own responsibility. The Company is not liable for any losses.

User Eligibility

To use the platform, you must meet the following criteria:

Age: 18 years or older
Indian resident or an individual interested in Indian markets
Valid email address and accurate personal information
Internet banking or UPI payment capability

Accounts of users under 18 years of age may be terminated without notice.

Account & Registration

By creating an account, you agree that:

You will provide accurate and complete information
Only one account per email address is allowed
Account sharing is prohibited — only the registered user may use the account
Password security is your responsibility
If your account is compromised, report it immediately to support@blazingbulls.com

⚠️ Account sharing or creating multiple accounts may result in permanent service termination without refund.

Subscription & Payment

BlazingBulls paid subscription plans offer karta hai:

Starter: ₹999 / 1 Month
Quarterly: ₹2,499 / 3 Months
Half Yearly: ₹5,699 / 6 Months
Annual: ₹10,999 / 12 Months

Payment terms:

Payments are processed through the Cashfree secure gateway
Payment proceeds only after selecting a subscription plan
Access is automatically activated after successful payment
Subscriptions do NOT auto-renew — you must manually renew upon expiry
Prices may change — existing subscribers will receive advance notice

ℹ️ After subscription expiry, dashboard access is disabled. Your data remains safe.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is clearly defined:

Technical Issue: If the platform is inaccessible due to our fault for 48+ hours, a proportional refund will be issued
Duplicate Payment: Accidental double payment will receive a full refund within 5-7 working days
Failed Payment: If payment was deducted but access was not granted, a refund or manual activation will occur within 3-5 working days

🚫 NO REFUND in these cases:
• After using the subscription
• "Service was different from expectations" — this is a subjective reason
• For market losses
• Account suspended due to policy violation
• Plan change request

For refund requests, email: support@blazingbulls.com within 7 days of payment.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Account sharing, selling or transferring
Scraping, copying or redistributing platform data
Accessing the platform using automated bots
Submitting false payment information
Attempting to hack or compromise platform security
Harassing other users
Reselling signals/data for commercial purposes
Sharing platform content on social media without permission

🚫 Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund. Legal action may also be taken.

Disclaimer of Liability

BlazingBulls Intelligence does NOT guarantee the following:

Accuracy or profitability of trading signals
Real-time guarantee of market data (delays are possible)
24/7 platform availability (maintenance downtime is possible)
Any financial gain or loss

Liability limitation: In any case, our maximum liability will not exceed your subscription amount.

Intellectual Property

All content of BlazingBulls Intelligence — platform design, code, signals algorithm, logo, brand name — is our intellectual property.

Copying, modifying or distributing platform content is prohibited
Your subscription grants a personal use license, not ownership
Using the "BlazingBulls" name and logo is prohibited without written permission

Account Termination

We may terminate your account if:

Terms & Conditions are violated
Fraudulent activity is detected
False information was provided
The platform is abused

You may also delete your own account — send a request to support@blazingbulls.com. After account deletion, data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed under Indian law.

Applicable laws: Information Technology Act 2000, Consumer Protection Act 2019
Jurisdiction: Courts of India
Disputes will first be resolved amicably
Unresolved disputes will be governed by Indian arbitration law

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time:

For major changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email
"Last Updated" date on the page will be updated
Using the platform after changes = accepting the new terms
If you do not agree to the new terms — delete your account and contact us for a remaining subscription refund
